Shipper Boxes · bulk shippers consumed per build, by destination · shared

Rules bind to a product size category — set each product to Small, Medium or Large in the Products section above (unset = outside the box system). Large (DI-80, RA-200) currently has per-unit DTC shippers only — bulk shipping uses recycled boxes for now, deliberately not modelled. Two kinds of rule: bulk shippers count 1 box per N units sent to a destination (rounded up per destination — boxes never mix destinations); individual shippers count 1 per unit for destinations that receive packaged product (Philly/Sydney) — e.g. an SS-6 to Philly consumes a medium shipper before it's packed into a Bulk D, while an SS-6 to MAS goes in raw. Everything here is a normal PartsBox part; needs flow into build plans, reservations and To Order like any other part. (Per-unit product boxes/inserts every unit gets live in the PartsBox BOM, not here.)

Box Specs · weights for the Shipping tab calculator · shared

Per-unit weights: Raw = bare product box (what MAS MN/EU receive for retail); Packaged = in its individual shipper (what Philadelphia/Sydney receive for direct). Each bulk shipper box has an empty weight and weighs its contents by one of those two columns. Seeded from Ollie's sheet — edit freely, changes are shared.

Suppliers · payment terms & inbound freight per supplier · feeds the cash forecaster · shared

Payment terms apply to every order from that supplier — deposits are treated as paid at placement; the unpaid share (50% or 100%) shows in the cash forecast on each order's ETA. Inbound freight sets how the forecaster estimates freight when an order has no real quote: Estimate from cost (interim % of PO value) · No freight (local/free) · Included in price (built into unit cost). A real freight figure on an order always wins.

About

Builds are created with "+ New build" on the Builds tab (mirrored to the Notion Build Plan). A build always reserves its parts and shows any timing clashes or shortfalls as notes you can act on (they never block it); "Mark as built" runs it in PartsBox and consumes the inventory. Part lead times and stage settings are stored server-side and shared with all users.
