Builds are created in the Build Creator and live under the Builds tab (mirrored to the Notion Build Plan). A build always reserves its parts and shows any timing clashes or shortfalls as notes you can act on (they never block it); "Mark as built" runs it in PartsBox and consumes the inventory. Part lead times and stage settings are stored server-side and shared with all users.
