Stages: Assembly → Ship AU→US → 3PL Staging → Available. Wave soldering lives inside each assembly's lead time.

Builds are created in the Build Creator and live under the Builds tab (mirrored to the Notion Build Plan). Tentative and Confirmed builds both reserve their parts (Confirmed adds the in-time-order gate); marking a build Done runs it in PartsBox and consumes the inventory. Part lead times and stage settings are stored server-side and shared with all users.
